OTC FORMULAS:
For OTC skincare products, the minimum order quantity is 25,000 pieces for the first order and 10,000 minimum for validation qty.
For OTC color cosmetics, minimum order quantity is 50,000 pieces total across all shades of a base formula with a minimum per shade of 5,000 for validation qty.
Testing and validation costs will be quoted based on scope of project.
OTC project development - 24 months.

Exceptions may apply. Testing may be required for customer-supplied packaging. OTC formulas are quoted on an individual project basis.
